Treatment for All Ailments by Homemade Remedies

Homemade remedies are a very prehistoric and simple way of dealing with everyday ailments with a surprising amount of positive results. It is simply a concoction of medication or tonic which is often of unproven effectiveness and it is applied to the patient without any prescription or in the presence of a doctor or a physician. 1.Back pain

  1. For back pain we must first find the acupressure points on the lower back just below the waist and above the hips. When the exact points are located, then they should be gently massaged to provide you with a temporary relief.
  2. Also, for more relief, massages with sandalwood oil are also a very popular and effective way for a relaxing effect on your aching back.
  3. Try heat and cold therapies i.e. hot and cold packs for 20 minutes applied on your back.
  4. You can also try to exercise some sleeping positions that will provide you with relief. For example, you can try to sleep in the fetal position and putting a pillow between the knees. If you sleep on your back, you can put a pillow under your knees.

2.Headache

  1. A cold ice pack can be very effective. Lie down and apply the pack to the aching area for 15 minutes.
  2. You can also place 2 potato slices on the temples for about 30 minutes.
  3. Also, peppermint tea and chamomile tea are also helpful in reducing headache.
  4. You can also try to relax and massage your temples in circular motions with your fingertips.

  2. Steaming water can also be used by placing some water in a bowl and boiling it till it begins to evaporate, add some VapoRub in it to give the water a strong scent. Hold your head over the bowl and cover your head with a towel while inhaling the steam. This will also help open those clogged nostrils easily.

4.Dermatitis

  1. Oatmeal can be used to treat dermatitis. By covering 500g of oats with a liter of water and stirring this mixture while boiling, letting it cool, make a compression substance and apply this to the affected areas.
  2. Brewer’s yeast can also be helpful by mixing its powder with milk, yogurt or juice. This mixture is a very effective natural skin cleanser which actually helps to deal with dermatitis.

5.Hair loss

  1. There are many natural remedies to treat hair loss starting with Onion, garlic and lemon. Apply freshly mangled raw onion or squeezed garlic juice to the scalp. Rinse the applied area with lemon juice after 20 minutes to remove the smell.
  2. Aloe Vera can also be extracted from the leaf and dissolved in a bowl of water, applied to the hair and the scalp should be massaged which will help to treat hair loss.
  3. Carrot and coconut milk can also be useful. Mixing carrot juice and coconut milk and applying the mixture to your hair will help it stay healthy and strong.
